Manual Preparation: Pour 70g (equivalent to 7 Chinese tablespoons) THICKENUP^® Instant Puree into a bowl. Add 250 mL hot water and mix until completely dissolved. Leave stand for 1-2 minutes to obtaining a consistency.

Machine Preparation: Use the automated system MIXXPRO^® for easy preparation. After mix the THICKENUP^® Instant Puree by MIXXPRO^®. Leave stand for 1-2 minutes to obtain a puree consistency.
